My mother has resided here for a year and I have been consistently pleased by the level of care and the attention to detail provided by the medical team and ancillary staff. The staff at Naya Residence really invested the time to get to know my mother to develop a personalized care plan that meets her unique needs and preferences. They are compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest level of care to her while promoting independence and ensuring her safety and well-being. Their soft approach and commitment to individualized care truly deserve a 5-star rating. I have been impressed by the range of services offered, including medication management, brain games, group exercises, housekeeping, accompanied medical visits and field trip days. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that she is comfortable, happy and involved with daily activities. I worried about my mothers safety, but the complex is equipped with state-of-the-art patient monitoring systems and emergency response systems to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. She does not feel as if she is in a desolate place. The area has a nice slight breeze since it is located by the river, and the birds singing throughout the day brings her so much joy to be surrounded by nature. I feel at ease knowing my mother is in good hands and is being well cared for. Thank you again for making both my mother and I feel at home.
